Job Purpose
  • Overall responsible for managing company’s direct sales of all cosmetic products 
  • Responsible for all retail sales and marketing and managing the Sales team
  • Must continuously grow the revenue, while maintaining total control of receivables
  • Should ensure uniform adherence to the company’s standard operating procedures
Principal Accountabilities 
  • To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual retail revenue targets and grow sales month by month
  • Strategy Formulation-Responsible for senior-level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the sales growth of the organization.
  • Team Development and Management (Shop Managers, Beauty Consultants, Customer Care Executive, Van Sales Executive, and Online Sales Executive)
  • Development of action plans to penetrate new Markets-Initiate, coordinate, design, and implement concrete strategies to ensure penetration into new markets in the implementation of sales strategy as well as guiding the sales team on new markets to ensure profit maximization.
  • Management of the Sales Process -Across the regions, ensuring sales analysis and market trends are in line with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Developing sales strategies, setting sales targets for individual sales Executives and team as a whole.
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures and give Sales and Marketing reports to management and ensure that sales reports are updated daily – sales calls, prospects, orders, collections, etc
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Develop marketing campaigns. To identify and map attractive sales areas and plan for marketing activities around the country (Marketing plan)
  • To provide training to Beauty consultants on how to sell and maintain relationships with clients
  • To ensure after-sales service issues are managed in time and to the satisfaction of the customers
Experience Required
  • A degree in a business-related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG with market knowledge – Experience in the beauty industry will be a plus.
  • Energetic and aggressive with personal selling experience with a wide sales network.
  • Good analytical and leadership skills, a leader who knows how to motivate and control a team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing and succeeding in direct sales
  • A real self-starter, able to take initiative and operate independently
  • Passionate about fashion and beauty
